Easy to use and excellent results

Works great on flagstone coping around pool. Used standard spray bottle from HD.If you use a microfiber covered sponge you can spread the product around and get about 840lf of 12” cooing and the pool edge out of one quart. When pouring into the spray bottle, the product will foam so pour slowly and let it settle or you’ll be spilling $$ on the floor. Note: I sealed the coping before pool had water in it. You don’t want any overspray to get into the pool water due to contents of the chemical. Once pool has water you’ll need to sponge it on.

Purchased this at the recommendation of an expert with the manufacturer who talked me through applying it to our Quartzite countertops. It's important to get the right sealer. Some contain color enhancers which you do not want with Quartzite. They have an instructional video online-Dry Treat Stain Proof Application Instructions by Chemical Concept.I poured the sealer a little at a time into a 12 in. Plastic Mud Pan with Steel Edges then dipped a 10 in. Lambskin Stain Pad and moved it smoothly in one direction across my countertops, let it almost dry, then at a 90 degree direction. After 2 applications in most areas, 3 in high usage areas, we let it dry for 15 minutes to a haze then wiped with Microfiber cloth. We waited another 24-48 hours before using the countertops. We tested before and after with water and after, the water just sat on the surface. After applying it to 70 Sq Ft of Stone, I still have quite a bit left over for a future re-treatment. Very pleased.

This stuff sure is stinky but once it’s set it’s amazing! I highly recommend sealing countertops and backsplashes if you have granite before you use the kitchen for good.
